It is designed for use with clean, or clear, water - that is, water that is not contaminated by dirt and debris. Part of the Power X-Change system, it can be used with any Power X-Change battery and shares battery compatibility with over 200 cordless tools for the home and garden. Ideal for situations where it is not safe, convenient or feasible to use mains power, the Ge-sp 18 Ll Li consists of a battery unit connected to the pump itself via a long cable which enables the pump to be immersed down to depths of 4 metres. It has a flow rate of up to 4500 litres per hour and will pump water out until it has been drained to a residual depth of 1mm, meaning the surface can be easily wiped dry afterwards. The three stage switch is easily accessibla on the battery box and offers a continuous operation mode.
